This is how your initial session will go:

I have a little routine/ritual.  After opening with prayer, grounding and protection, I ask for assistance from Spirit and permission from you to allow the energy to flow for as long as is needed and for your highest good.  I clear both of us at once, beginning with mentally and then following with emotionally, physically, spiritually and psychically.

Then I move on into two rounds of EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique tapping.  Click here if you’d like more info on this method.   It is fast, easy and free and you can use it yourself. It helps me connect further with you.  I use myself as surrogate for you while tapping and speaking positive affirmations in regard to your issues.   While tapping, I always affirm that we are made in God’s image. I fill you with God’s love, peace, joy, hope, happiness, energy, health and healing.

Next,  I scan, clear and smooth your energy field.

Then I begin the Distance Healing Energy session, further connecting at your eyes and ears.

After all is done and said, I wrap you in God’s white light and the session ends as I express deep gratitude for the time and energy that was shared.
