You’re welcome to share here as you find more information! Thanks for the heartfelt words. Something that stands out to me is the fact that you were able to not succumb to the negative energy of others at your job! As a matter of fact, you were able to share your positive attitude, seemingly without fatigue. Any tips?

I only recently found that a lot of the emotional difficulties and outbursts I dealt with as a kid and young adult were because of being empathic. I had only heard about empaths from fiction books. I recently met some people who were able to recognize what was happening with me. I have always been extremely sensitive to the feelings and emotions of those around me. I have kept in touch with one of my friends from the last job I had. She told me that when I left that job it seemed like all the light and happiness went with me. I never realized just how much love I projected. I did all this without thought. I am reading , and learning about empaths now. The more I read the more I realize how strong of an empath I am. the office I worked at had between 40 and 60 employees, and I was able to project enough love and joy to fill the building and touch each of them. I will continue to research more about what I am so that I can learn how to help more people with it.
